Payment and Shipping

Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover

Paypal: We offer PayPal as a payment option for our customers. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers. Pay with your credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), bank account, or PayPal balance without ever sharing your numbers with the merchant. If you don’t currently have a PayPal account, signing up for one is easy and takes just a few minutes. Once your account is in place, you can send your payments using your bank account or credit card in minutes!

Amazon: We offer Amazon as a payment option for our customers. When you are ready to checkout, simply click the “Checkout with Amazon” button and enter your Amazon.com e-mail address and password. You will easily and quickly access your account information from Amazon.com.

Shipping Options: We ship all orders (All 48 contiguous US States/PO Box Addresses) to either your home or place of business in discreet packaging utilizing either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx shipping methods. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

International Orders

International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. The shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has shipped. The Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer’s country (see additional restrictions below).

International Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as “illegal to import.”
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as “unclaimed.” Any delivery that is refused and returned to us will incur a fee of the original shipping charges, a 25% restocking fee, and any duties and taxes that were unpaid.
The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

Normal Returns

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy. Please do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back to us. All shipments returned without a return authorization code (RAC) will be refused. Sorry, there will be absolutely no exceptions.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer money back guarantees on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return the unused and used portion for a refund. 100% credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 60 days of your receiving the original order. The customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. We will not accept product returns without a proper return authorization code (RAC) and we will only provide return authorization codes (RAC) no later than 60 days after an order was received.

Please Note: It may take 7-10 business days after your return is processed for you to see the credit in your credit card account.

Q : Will you match a price on the same product from another company?
A: Sorry, but we have found that it is too time consuming to track down the legitimacy of a company, the company’s price, product availability, and the company’s overall quality of service. Our first priority is providing you with high quality service. We do an excellent job in maintaining a huge variety of products, keep all products in stock and alert you prior to ordering when they are not, provide product information, excellent prices, shipment options and costs prior to ordering, easy tracking of your shipments and overall first-class service 24/7.

Q: Can you send me more information on any product or topic?
A: In general we do not have more information than what is on our web pages. We pride ourselves on keeping our website current and adding more information as it becomes available. Occasionally we receive product literature from the manufacturers to promote the products and will send those with orders if we think you may be interested in the product based on your past purchases.

Our content team consists of communication professionals who have academic training in journalism, creative writing, health education or related fields. Our user experience and design team applies expert knowledge of user-centered research and design methods to visual and interaction design.

In addition to the product development team, we retain a pool of experienced freelancers to supplement the work of our staff. All freelance work adheres to the same content development policy and procedures as does that of the staff.

Q: I have been diagnosed with a medical ailment and/or I am taking aany prescription medication or nutritional supplement. Can you please give me advice?
A: We cannot answer these questions. We do not have a medical doctor on staff, nor would one want to give medical advice through e-mail or over the phone. Please consult a physician. A: Orders received before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and usually ship that same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed immediately but will not ship until the following day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
