PGX or PolyGlcopleX is a one-of-a-kind complex of water-soluble polysaccharides or plant fibers developed using the patented EnviroSimplex technology. It is marketed as a weight loss and regular dietary supplement that fosters healthy blood sugar levels, curbs hunger, and minimizes unwanted weight gain.
PGX is developed and manufactured by InovoBiologic Inc. in Calgary, Alberta.
PGX The Product Details
PGX has many advertised benefits. It is an effective weight loss aid that also supports healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels that are both already within a normal range. It is high in fiber and is free from stimulants.
The official website claims that the PGX composition is patent protected, which is probably why a detailed list of ingredients is not ready for review. The product write-up mentions though that the exclusive complex mainly comprised of 3 natural plant fibers complement each other well and have been scientifically proven to produce maximum viscosity, an important factor that determines a soluble fiber’s range of health benefits.
PGX is available in granules, meal replacement powder and capsule form. It is also available in Ultra Matrix soft gelatin capsules as PGX Daily. It is recommended to take some PGX before every meal with at list 8 ounces of water per 2.5 gram serving. For first-time users, it is advisable to start off with 1-2 soft gel PGX Daily capsules and increase by 1 capsule per meal every 3 days. If you have digestive problems, increase your dosage at a slower rate for better adjustment. Do not go over 6 soft gels or 5 grams up to 3 times per day.
PGX is available in stores all over North America that sell natural health products. The official website provides a store locator for convenience.

PGX The Bottom Line
The makers of PGX have done a good job in providing customers with a wealth of information on their website. Despite not having an outlined list of ingredients used in the making of the product, the science behind the formulation was adequately explained, leaving no cause for complaints. The manufacturer displays complete transparency by also admitting that some users might experience certain side effects and that the product does not immediately work for some dieters—that is a sign of a product you can trust because they do not make purely positive claims that aren’t true for all. PGX is made from all-natural ingredients, which makes it the better weight loss option provided that instructions are religiously followed, such as the intake of water while taking it. It may not be available for purchase through the official website, but the fact that a lot of health stores nationwide carry PGX should give you enough reason to at least try this product and see if it works for you.
PGX does nothing
PGX truly doesn't do anything at all to help you drop weight. Seems expensive for such little effect, don't waste your money in this. I won't buy it anymore, just not worth the money.
PGX didnt help me lose weight
I did not lose weight like everyone said they did with PGX. I lost 4lbs within a 25 days time frame. I did diet and exercise while taking PGX but didn\'t see major results.
