Question: I possess a very small breast size and it really upsets me because I am an older woman in my mid 40’s. I am fit and healthy but I refuse to wear clothing that reveals my non-existent cleavage. I am contemplating surgery but I would like to try other non-invasive methods first like supplements and/or creams. I heard about a product called Zoft which is available in “gum” form. What information is available on Zoft?

Answer: Zoft is a breast enhancement gum that contains phytoestrogens which are plant estrogens found in several all natural breast enhancement products to stimulate new breast tissue growth. The all natural ingredients listed for Zoft include Fenugreek Seed Extract, Saw Palmetto Berry, Fennel Seed, L-Tyrosine, Mexican Wild Yam Root, Pacific Kelp, Damiana Leaf, Dong Quai Root, Motherwort Herb, Black Cohosh Root Extract, Oat Grass, Blessed Thistle Herb, and Hops Flower. These ingredients are FDA approved for safe intake but not endorsed for breast growth. Zoft claims to give you bigger and firmer breasts in as little as 30 days or your money back.

With all of the different breast enhancing products available on the market, there are products that are good and some that just don’t make the cut. When shopping for a breast enlargement product, you are often confronted with many different brands containing a variety of ingredients that may or may not give you the results you are looking for. Many products do not contain the quality and quantity of necessary ingredients to positively affect the size of your breasts.
